Time Warner Cable

Daughter laptop is not working. My desktop has limited or no connectivity. This has been an ongoing problem for 2 years. I call...I am on the phone with a Filipina in the Phillipines, she transfers me to a Level 3 person, who works in Syracuse NY and can't do a damn thing for me, who transfers me back to the Phillipines who then transfers me back to another Level 3 in Syracuse, who transfers me to the NYC office and then they transfer me to a Level 3 here in the city. Only to be given an appt for someone to come to the house on monday! SMH!!!! Idiots!!But they will cut off cable in a minute!
